Accidents on Marvel Sets in Recent Years
The shooting of "Wonder Man" was planned to continue next month. Whether this schedule will change due to the incident is not yet known. However, this is not the first accident on the set of a Marvel production. In August 2017, stunt double Joi "S. J." Harris died at the age of just 40 on the set of "Deadpool 2" when she lost control of her motorcycle and hit a curb. A similar incident also occurred during the filming of "Black Panther 2" when actress Letitia Wright (30) fell off a motorcycle in August 2021 and was seriously injured, after which she struggled with the consequences of the accident for more than a year.
