He Invokes Jesus to Question California Results

Speaking to reporters before boarding Air Force One en route to a Coast Guard Academy event in Connecticut, the 79-year-old president claimed that if Jesus Christ had "come down and count[ed] the votes," he would have won California. He blamed mail-in ballots and what he called a "rigged" vote, and said he performs well with Hispanic voters. Trump also noted past defeats in the state in 2016 and subsequent elections.
