On July 29 an animated video titled "Where to Kill Melania" was shared by Tasnim News Agency, reportedly depicting Manhattan stores and offering instructions. The agency is said to be linked to the Iranian government. A Secret Service spokesperson said agents were aware and investigating any perceived threats, while declining to comment on protective intelligence.

A look ahead

Reports from early August say Melania has been quietly working on a new docuseries set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video this fall. Her senior adviser Marc Beckman told outlets the series will offer a "completely different look" at her life compared with the prior Amazon MGM documentary "Melania."
